Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a room, basement apartment, or studio to rent in the DMV area, preferably in or near Capitol Heights, District Heights, Suitland, Hyattsville, or nearby. I’m employed full-time as a manager at an auto glass shop in Capitol Heights and I’m looking to move in immediately. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and looking for a safe, well-kept place to call home. My budget is up to $1,200/month. I’m preferably looking for a place with my own private bathroom, and having a small private kitchenette or kitchen area would be a huge plus.
