Selected roommate will be able to choose the preferred room from those available. Rooms available are on opposite ends of the house. Shared areas include: living and dining rooms, kitchen, laundry, and patio. Parking is private (not on the street) and included in the price. Utilities and Internet are also included. GREAT LOCATION!
