Hi, my name is Manfred. I am a 29-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Arlington. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available on August 5. Located just south of Highway 50 and on the same street as Clarendon Metro. This bedroom is spacious and offers in room air conditioning and closet. The house is a Conservative Christian home. Upstairs is a married couple with two young children and two dogs. Downstairs is shared with 2 roommates. One Calvinist and one Lutheran. The downstairs includes a combined dining and kitchen, a living room, and a full bath.
We are looking for a roommate that is clean and respectful of other people. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. One of the roommates has to be up at 5:30 AM for work.
You will be expected to do your fair share of chores around the house included but not limited to unloading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, cleaning the floors, keeping the kitchen counters clear, and turning the fan on to prevent the shower from having issues. If you don’t want to do your fair share of chores this room posting is not for you.
Rent is currently $1000 a month but might go up when we resign the lease in August. Utility are normally around $100 a month but vary. The security deposit is 867.
Move in date is August 1st or later
