Looking for room with ensuite

Hi there,
Recent elementary school teacher and Laurier grad looking for an 8 month or 12 month sublet or lease on a room preferably near either University starting either September or October 2026. I am quiet, clean and respectful and pay rent on time and often early each month. I am an extrovert but can adapt to different social styles as I have many introverted friends. Great credit, great references, first and last. Place with an elevator or minimal stairs preferred. No smoking for health reasons. A/C is a must. Budget is $750-$950 per month.
