Hi neighbors! 😊 I’m currently looking for a studio apartment, ADU, guest house, or small 1 bedroom rental in the area between Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Garden Grove, Anaheim, etc. My max budget is $1,400/month. I work as a nanny, have my associates in marketing and now will be attending school at Golden West College. I’m a quiet, responsible, and clean tenant looking for a safe place to call home.
