I am a professionally employed, sane, African American, 64 year old female looking to occupy 1 of 3 three bedrooms in my mobile home as of 9/1/26. You will share my second bathroom with my 14 year old grandson only every other weekend and have your own bedroom furniture as the room is unfurnished. The rent of $600 per month includes all utilities. You must pass a background check, be sane, have full time employment or be an independent retiree with sufficient income to afford the rent. You must also be a non-smoker, a non- substance user/abuser (no marijuana or any other drugs), have your own vehicle, have boundaries and respect my home. The lease will be from month to month so we can see if we are a good fit to live as roommates. If interested, I will provide you pictures of my home and more details as needed.
