Looking for one roommate

Hi, my name is Jonah and I’m a second year psychology student at CSULB. I’m looking for someone to split rent on a one bedroom apartment that is around an 8 minute (2.5 mile) drive from campus.
Notable things about the apartment include two closets, two included parking spaces, and I already have secured much of the furniture for the apartment such as a couch and dining room table with chairs. The only thing not included is a bed/bed frame so you would be responsible for securing your own bed. The lease is for a year and begins on August 7th.
As for myself, I’m a chill person that likes to spend my free time hanging out with friends, going on runs, or playing video games. I’m open to most any kind of roommate as long as you plan to pay your rent and are not extremely messy.
