Hi, my name is Ruoa. I am a 26-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate or two. Move in day is September 1st! I have an extra two medium sized bedrooms for rent in my house. They are currently occupied, but will be free and available September 1st. And it comes with shared hallway bathroom. Full use of full sized kitchen and garage if wanted as well as shared living rooms. Have washer and dryer, fridge and freezer. No pets allowed (disability/reptiles/fish allowed), possibly one or two cats only if they get along with the current cat in house. $500 deposit, and each room is $1200 a month, utilities are covered by me, and can include WiFi per request. Move in day will be September 1st, and will be month to month basis agreement, no minimum 1 year needed. If plan on leaving the house, please just let me know 2 months early to allow for finding someone new to move in and ample time to have your stuff moved out. No cigarette smoking inside, outside is okay! Message me for any questions!:)
