Each private bedroom is $1,150/month, and WiFi, electricity, and gas are all included—no extra utility bills. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, dining room, front porch, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, and off-street driveway parking. The second bathroom and one of the bedrooms are currently being remodeled by the homeowner and will be fully completed before the September 1st move-in date. I did add the picture of the 2nd room which is the pink nursery, for an additional idea of the bedroom sizes and closet. All rooms come unfinished A little about me: I’m 24 years old, and currently the only person living in the house. I’m very easygoing, respectful, clean, and drama-free. I’d love to find roommates with a similar vibe—people who are friendly, considerate, and easy to get along with so the house feels comfortable and welcoming for everyone. I do work two jobs, so I’m barely home. If not working, I’m at the gym lol. Rent: $1,150/month per room (all utilities included) Move-in Date: September 1st.
