I'm Mike, though everyone calls me Wags. I'm an executive at a healthcare tech startup, so my days are full but predictable. I work from home most of the time, keep regular hours, and live a pretty simple life these days. I've been renting a room in Indialantic and I love it here. I bike everywhere, stay active, and spend my free time outside more than in. My current landlord is selling the house, which is the only reason I'm looking. What you'd get in me: quiet, clean, financially steady with consistent income, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm easy to live with because I actually like a calm home.
