Looking for a Fun New Roommate! Hey! I’m Amori, and I’m looking for a new roommate to share my place with! The apartment is in a great location:
About 18 minutes from LAX (with no traffic)
About 9 minutes from SoFi Stadium (with no traffic) I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly, and easy to get along with. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared, but you’ll have your own private bedroom. There’s currently a bed in the room, but if you have your own furniture, I can have it removed. Pet friendly!
Pretty laid-back household with very few rules. just be respectful, clean up after yourself, and we’re good! The part nobody likes… the money lol • Rent: $1,175/month
• Security Deposit: $1,175
• Utilities are split between us.
• Wi-Fi is included. I cover that bill myself. I’m also open to short-term rentals, so don’t be afraid to ask! A little about me: I’m Amori, 29 years old, and a Gemini. I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to Los Angeles in August 2024. I love movies. especially horror, action, adventure, and comedy. I’m also a huge gamer and enjoy cooking every now and then. If I make something good, I’m always happy to share! I’m definitely a night owl, so you’ll usually find me awake later in the evening. I’m pretty easygoing, open-minded, and believe communication goes a long way. As long as you’re responsible and respectful, we’ll probably get along great.
