Couple w/2 year old renting

We’re a female couple with a 2 yr old looking to rent either a room or place. Were keep to ourselves, clean up after the little one, we do smoke just a heads up. One a stay at home mom and the other work overnights. It would help much if rent had everything included our budget is 900-1200$
