Hi, my name is Nicole. I am a 45-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Richmond. The monthly rent is $600 and the room is available on August 3. This is humble and quaint neighborhood with great neighbors and occasional special events. The house is close to the neighborhood park and less than 10 minutes from the freeway. This is a quiet room with plenty of light and fully furnished with new desk and dresser. Bathroom has extra room for storing personal items. The house is a three bedroom two bath with plenty of trees and garden shrubs. Mattress and pillows are covered with waterproof covers. A ceiling fan will be installed shortly. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a new refrigerator in the microwave. There is also limited space in the kitchen and garage for storage of personal items. House has SimpliSafe security system and a washer and dryer. I have a beautiful friendly cat who can be very vocal at times. More photos available upon request.
