Private furnished master bedroom available in a clean, quiet, owner-occupied condo in Makakilo.
The room includes a private bathroom, new carpet, a new mattress, assigned compact parking stall, and access to a shared kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Water, electricity, and fiber internet (Wi-Fi) are included. Portable AC units are welcome with an additional monthly utility fee.
The home is shared with me and two indoor cats. I'm an early-rising working professional who values a peaceful, respectful living environment. I'm looking for a responsible roommate who cleans up after themselves, communicates well, and appreciates a quiet home.
