Hello! I am looking for someone who will take over my student lease in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment. The private bedroom is an XL upgrade with a private bathroom. You will have two female roommates. Rent is $689/mnth. There is a lease take-over fee put in place by the leasing office. They also ask for you to fill out an apartment application. Lease start/Move-in: 8/15/26
Lease end:7/31/27 Utilities included in rent: Internet access Trash disposal Resident will pay a share of the electricity and water/sewer.
