$1200/month - all utilities included. If you’re looking for more than a room to rent, this might be the right fit. I’m looking for a roommate to share my upscale two bedroom two bath apartment and a secure building in the heart of Midtown. Available bedroom bathroom are currently pressed for guest, but I’m happy to remove the furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, living room and other common areas. Rent is $1200 per month and includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi regular professional cleaning. Month-to-month agreement although ideally looking for someone planning to stay at least months and a $300 security deposit. Flexible on move-in date department includes in unit washer and dryer central heat and air dishwasher a small fitness center in the building, elevator and street parking with free permit. The space is also shared with my Tibetan Terrier, Charli. She truly believes that everyone wants to be her best friend. She generally has a free run of the apartment during the day, but sleeps in my room at night, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog.
