Hey! We are looking to fill one room in a 3b 1bath in Watertown. Sept 1 move in, Rent is 1075, with heat and hot water included. There is an off the street parking spot that is also induced at no extra price. This apartment is huge and has a lot of space! A little about us- I’m Tori, he/they, 34, I studied photo and sculpture but currently work in a barbershop doing hair, Very laid back, I like biking everywhere, walking, going to antique stores and the movies. Jenna she/her, 31 works in dental 3d work, she makes miniatures and does a lot of fibers art, she also went to MassArt. She’s very quiet and enjoys anime,and making art and finding cute cafes. I’m super clean and am great about weekly chores. In the pictures the room with the bench is the first floor mud room that is out unit, and the picture with the gym equipment is the communal room where everyone’s just put random hobbies things but we are looking to make it more cohesive once the current roommate moves out and clears a lot out. So we are looking to revamp the furniture and decor!!
