Hi! My name is Tony. I am a 36y0 male looking for a roommate. I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the Valley Village/Studio City area. The apt is fully furnished. The room is also furnished including a full size bed, but I can remove anything in there if needed. The apartment complex is very nice and in a nice safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The room is pretty good sized with a big closet. We have a pool, big patio area, communal bbq, and a gym as well. I have 1 cat, so you would need to be ok with that.
