Roommate needed!

Hello, my current roommate is moving out in September and I am searching for a new roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the North End. It is fully furnished, cat-friendly, spacious, and has a balcony with a lovely view. The area is very walkable, with a grocery store and amenities 5 minutes away. The rent is approximately $1120 including wifi and utilities. You would be sharing the space with a quiet, friendly graduate student from Dalhousie. I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and ideally a fellow graduate student or professional (women strongly preferred, LGBTQIA+ friendly). The apartment is non-smoking but you can smoke on the balcony. I have attached pictures of the apartment. You would have your own half bathroom and share a full bathroom and common areas.
