Private room and bathroom apartment unit with a poolside view, and 5 minutes from UTSA. 4x4 apartment, room comes furnished, bathroom is inside the room alongside spacious closet. apartment unit has a spacious living room with a patio, full size kitchen with appliances like stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. the unit also comes with a washer and dryer.
The whole complex itself has a pool, volleyball court, basketball court, a small trail, movie theater room, study room, and a game room! there is a lot of parking spaces available by the building and they never fill up enough where you have to drive out your way! there are carports available as well if you are worried about the weather.
