I can set up the room any way you would like. one room is 14 x 12 and the other one is 14 x 11. Also, it’s a ranch style house so no stairs, I am 6 miles west of 1604 off of Potranco and 9 1/2 miles west of SeaWorld. You will have full use of the kitchen, living room, laundry and the back porch and back hard. Street parking is available.
