Furnished room for rent

Hi thank you for reaching out. I have a 10 x 12 spare room fully furnished available. I can do a 6 month or 1 yr agreement. If this person is in school we can figure out the length needed. It would be a shared main bathroom for showering, shared kitchen and living room. I can put a tv and wall mount in room if they feel more comfortable just chilling there. There is plenty of parking nice little private back yard with fire pit. Quiet cuddle sac neighborhood. 1 mile to stafford so you can hear the races in the summer. They do need to be pet friendly as my college student daughter has a cat that goes back and forth with her and I have a pup 1. 1/2 yr old frenchy. Looking for $1200 to include utilities (wifi as well) if they can help out with summer yard work and or winter shoveling there is a discount. I would like to meet in person to discuss to see if we mesh well and $600 deposit (refundable) after "lease"
