I am interested in subletting my studio apartment. I just signed a lease last month but I got an opportunity abroad that I can’t turn down. The rent is 847, the mandatory fees are $187 for a grand total of 1034 per month. It is a studio, it overlooks the swimming pool and is directly next to the leasing office and mailboxes. The electric is not included, you will need your own city of Austin energy. Feel free to me through this posting if you have any questions or would like to come and see it. I will have more information about when exactly it will be coming available as there’s a couple of things I’m waiting on before I can leave. I’m stressing again, this is a sublet, you will be taking my place on the lease and assuming the full rent yourself, which is listed above, I will not be living here after you move in.
