ODSP recipient attempting to escape an abusive home situation. DJ/producer type of person but currently work on headphones mostly as opposed to the ones with speaker-based rigs. Budget is $700 CAD/month, willing to consider weekly leases up to about $175 to get something temporary going. Proximity to transit & grocery stores are my main priorities outside of safety. Trying to look in areas i understand to be alright but things i find out in the midst of this might change my perceptions a bit. Furnished is good but not an absolute dealbreaker, i can work around it short-term till i get other furniture from where i left in rural ontario. GTA/Golden Horsehoe/GO Network, Ottawa, Kingston, Napanee, & Possibly Cobourg are my primary search areas. i rave, i smoke weed, i stay out late sometimes, sleep late sometimes, get voice calls in the day, there's a few things like that kind of working against me but i'm otherwise fairly quiet, keep to myself, & willing to follow reasonable rules that include possibly smoking outside but DO NOT include dietary restrictions of any kind. to be able to have a guest or 2 over occasionally would be ideal but not absolutely essential. as is i'm mostly trying to avoid homelessness after next week & begin working through the COHB process i wish i'd known about before things hit this kind of point. very much hoping this proves helpful in my search because kijiji definitely wasn't. says this is relatively trustworthy so i guess we're going to see if that was correct. able to provide first & last if needed but i'm familliar with how that's legally supposed to work & different people have different approaches when it comes to that deposit. willing to review & sign paperwork as wel[REDACTED] used flinks & websites like it for financial verification before. for the rent to be taken on the 1st of the month in monthly cases & upfront at the start of the lease in weekly cases is best. I hope some of you will consider me as a tenant.
