Furnished Studio for Temporary Stay

My husband and I I have a recently remodeled, fully furnished studio over our detached garage in a quiet Ballantyne neighborhood near the Morrison YMCA. This guest suite includes a private entrance, kitchenette, full bath, AC and heat, in-unit washer and dryer (not shared), Fiber-Optic WiFi, utilities, and a Roku TV—all on a peaceful, wooded cul-de-sac. We’re not offering this space as a rental, but rather as a welcoming space for short to mid-term visits for folks such as traveling professionals (travel nurses, healthcare workers, or those visiting for Christian ministry or local faith-based organizations.) Maybe recent college graduates looking for a place to stay while they explore the city and decide where they want to buy/rent. Really, anyone needing a space while in transition or visiting the area. Guests should maintain their permanent address and receive their mail there as usual. This studio will NOT be your residence, but rather you will be a visitor/guest.
