Looking for a roommate

Hi everyone! My name’s Jasmine, and I’m looking for 1 (possibly 2) roommates. I’m hoping to move at the end of September/beginning of October and would ideally like to live in Old City, Center City East, Washington Square, or Northern Liberties. My budget is around $1,300, but I’m flexible for the right place! I’ve already found a few places I really like, but I’m definitely open to looking at others. A little about me: I’m 22 (almost 23), grew up in the Philly suburbs, and absolutely love the city. I enjoy going out, working out, long walks, wine nights, and sports, but I also really value my alone time to recharge. I’ll be working a 9–5 in the office during the week while studying for law school. I’m very clean, organized, and have lived with roommates for the past 4 years, so I know how important it is to be respectful of shared spaces and each other. I’m dog friendly (but unfortunately allergic to cats) and don’t have a dog of my own.
