Looking for reliable clean roommate

I'm looking to rent a home in Sacramento (Delta Shores) or Rancho Cordova. I have also been looking at homes in Elk Grove and Lincoln but I am leaning more toward Sac and Rancho. I would love to rent with someone who is vegan or vegetarian or at least willing to eat vegan when at home due to my allergies. I am a clean person and operate as a no shoes household. It's important for my home to be kept sanitized and clutter free. I'd really value a housemate that wants the same things out of our living space. I work from home, am introverted, and enjoy creating a cozy and safe space. Looking to move anytime in the next one to four months. Pictures are for one of the homes I'm interested in.
