I'm in a lovely neighborhood, surrounded by trees, in a great central location, close to everything in town. You'll enjoy a covered front porch to enjoy the rainstorms and a nice back deck to sit and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels. I am looking for a female. Couple considered for $950. Must be someone who cleans up after themselves and pitches in to keep the common areas clean. Looking for someone that is easy going, honest and doesn't mind sharing with normal house chores. Includes covered carport, utilities, internet, and use of in home washer & dryer. We have a lot of great places to enjoy including 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, Sugar Creek, Tanyard Creek waterfall and over 120 miles of bike trails. There are also recreational facilities that have swimming pools and multiple types of classes. It really is a nice place to live😊
