Hi, my name is Olly. I’m renting a beautifully furnished bedroom with a massive walk-in closet and natural light. The room is in south Austin by Onion Creek and the monthly rent is $1200 - available immediately. I also have a second bedroom that isn't listed that I can potentially rent for $1,000. It has a smaller closet. I am hardly home so you would have a 3,000 sqft home oftentimes to yourself. I'm looking for someone who's respectful, clean, and professional. No parties or heavy drinkers.
