Hi, we are a married couple in our 30s looking for a roommate to share our two-story townhouse in Hiawatha. The private room is available from August 20th and comes fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, TV, and a private bathroom (only shared very occasionally with visiting family). Rent is $900/month. The home includes garage parking, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, A/C and heating, and all utilities included in the rent price (electricity, water, trash and high-speed internet). We also have a dog and cat joining us next year, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable with pets. We're easygoing professionals who value a clean, quiet, and respectful home, and we're looking for a roommate who feels the same.
