This is a cute 2 bed/1 bath in northwest Ft. Collins, so close to several natural spaces! I am moving out in August, and looking for someone to fill my room and take over this lease with my roommate (also my sister!) starting in September. She's a lovely 23 year old who works full time, and likes to cook and do crafts in her free time. Her ideal roommate is someone who is a pretty quiet and chill person like her:) -you can move in whenever you like after Sep 1st (but no prorated rent) -there is already a kitty cat who lives here so no more pets please
