Looking for room in woburn

26 years old, college student, and working (both full-time). Looking for a room for rent. Preferably in a place with no cats since I am allergic. I do not drink or smoke, and I would prefer it if no one smoked in the house. The room must be lockable. I am a pretty quiet person and organized. I like video games and would appreciate a gym buddy.
