Looking for a roommate to rent a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment together! I’ve already shortlisted a few units and am just looking for the right roommate. My budget is up to $1,000/person, with ensuite laundry being a must. Utilities should be around $50 max (shared between us). I’m a 25-year-old male PhD student at the University of Waterloo.
