Hi! I'm Esther (she/her), a 20y0 transfem college student. I’m a big fan of board games, art, music, reading and cute fashion styles. I’d love to be roommates with someone who is similar, but it’s not a requirement. It’s preferable that you would like to stay for more than one year but not needed. Would love to get coffee to get to know you and show you around the apartment! Looking for: college age vegans/vegetarians and/or women (including trans women) preferred, someone who cleans up after themselves, has financial stability, and can work to split up the cleaning of the apartment with whatever system works for us. I am Autistic so fellow Autistic people are of course welcome! Features: in-unit washer/drier, paid building parking, an elevator, locked mailboxes, close by free street parking, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, large windows, heating. Close to light rail by bus and North Seattle College, UW, and SPU by transit. QFC, Fred Meyer, and Trader Joe’s all 1-2 miles away. There’s a few coffee shops within walking distance, and it’s about a mile from Carkeek Park. Multiple locked doors between entrance and apartment. Landlord is super helpful, has the building cleaned regularly and fixes issues as fast as possible. Rough Cost: flat water bill $100 ($50 per person), rent $1800 ($900 per person), electricity and internet not included, averages about $75 per person per month for both. There is an optional $75/month fee if you would like a parking space under the building. Room: large window, good view, has room-specific heater, large closet, dimensions are 12.5ft x 9ft and the closet dimensions are 12.5ft x 2ft. Both are roughly 7.5ft to the ceiling. Apartment itself is mostly furnished, but the room will not be.
