The Space
We live in a beautifully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 800 sq. ft. ADU (back house) right next to Garden Grove Park.
Your Space: A private bedroom with your own designated bathroom right across the hall.
All-Inclusive Living: Rent covers absolutely everything—all utilities, high-speed internet, landscaping, maintenance, and major TV streaming apps.
Amenities: Fully furnished bedroom including queen bed for you, a fully stocked kitchen, a brand-new high-tech washer/dryer, and new appliances.
Outdoor Living: Private entry from the driveway, your own parking space (with an EV charging station if needed), a large patio, and a yard. Smoking is permitted on the patio only. Limited backyard storage is available.
About Us
We are a gay couple, married for 27 years (ages 56 and 57). I have moderate Parkinson's disease and use a motorized wheelchair, and my partner is my full-time caretaker, so we are both generally home. We are laid-back, independent, and keep things running smoothly. We share our home with an adorable 8-year-old pug. Because of this, he is the only pet allowed in the home.
We don't have many house rules: just be respectful and pick up after yourself. You are welcome to have visitors over without restriction.
Financials & Lease Terms
We have just signed a 1-year lease and will need to add you to it (requires a $39 credit check).
Monthly Rent: $1, 300/month (All-inclusive).
Move-in Costs: $1,000 deposit + pro-rated rent for the rest of July.
The Important Part: Rent is strictly due on the 1st of every month, without exception. We require absolute reliability with timely payments, so please only apply if you can strictly meet this requirement.
