Tech Girl & Cat Move to Denver

Hi! I’m relocating from San Diego to Denver this September and am looking for a furnished or partially furnished apt, guest house, ADU, or unfurnished room while I get settled into the city. Ideally, I’m hoping for a month-to-month or short-term lease, but I’m open to something longer for the right fit. I work for Autodesk and have stable full-time employment. I split my time between working from home and the office, and I’m clean, considerate, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a balance of being social and having downtime, and outside of work I love hiking, paddleboarding, live music, coffee shops, trying new restaurants, and exploring new neighborhoods. The only thing better than me as a tenant is my roommate: one very sweet senior cat who sleeps most of the day, doesn’t scratch furniture, and has lived happily in apartments for years. She’s truly the easiest roommate ever. A few details:
