Sublease Needed!

Hi! I am trying to sublet my room in the Northstar dinkytown apartment complex. It’s $780 a month and you’d get a private room and share a bathroom with one other person. There’s two boys on the umn cheer team and one girl living in the other rooms and they are all very friendly and open to meeting people! It’s also in a very safe and quiet area right behind the athletes village and has free parking down the street if you want! Please let me know if you’re interested or have any questions! (Also if the rent is slightly out of budget I’d be willing to pay a small portion of it each month)
