Looking for a 3rd female roommate

hi everyone, my roommate (25f) and I (24f) are still looking for a 3rd roommate to fill the empty 3rd bedroom. We live in a 2,400 sq ft condo off reading road- it is a 3 minute drive from Xavier campus. we have an in-unit washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms, 2 large sunrooms, full kitchen, and a huge living room. my roommate and I get along great and we are in love with the apartment so we weren’t ready to move out yet. we are both graduated from college and are working office jobs now. Rent is $700 a month and plus utilities and WiFi will probably be around $780/month. The second sunroom is currently empty as well and would be yours if you choose to move in.
