I’m looking for two responsible roommates to share my 3-bedroom home in Gastonia. Available for immediate move in. (20 mins) to Charlotte Douglas International Airport & (20 mins) to Mecklenburg County
$750/ a month

• Exterior security cameras for added peace of mind - None in the home
Lease Details:
• Initial 3-month lease. Additional terms may be discussed at that time if we’re a good fit - rent will stay the same
• $350 security deposit
• Rent due on the 1st of each month
• Payments accepted, Apple Pay,, Cash App, Money Order or Cashier’s Check
A Few House Rules:
• No Pets
• Overnight guests are okay but must be discussed in advance with other household members
• Open communication and mutual respect is important
• Food, drinks, and cleaning supplies are not shared
• Smoking is permitted. Heavy smokers should use the back patio or smoke outside.
Before anyone moves in, I’d like to meet in person, get acquainted, and make sure we’re comfortable. I am looking for female roommates who are clean and respectful. Proof of income and a criminal background check is required.
