Offering a sublease at The Pier 544

I signed a lease for the upcoming year at The Pier on 544 in Conway SC, now I have a new place to live and need to get rid of this lease. The original monthly rate was $854/ month, I’m offering $150 a month off bringing the monthly rate down to $704. The unit is a part of a fully furnished(furniture may not be same as pictured) 4 bed/4 bath apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as all utilities covered, except electricity(The Pier covers the first $100, you cover the remainder. Usually ~$30). The Pier offers a close to campus living option for anyone looking for student housing, a fully stocked leasing office with coffee bar, free merch, etc. a full pool and entertainment area, and a full gym.
