Room & bath for rent, Panama City

My wife and I are looking for a roommate to rent a room and bathroom from us and share common areas. ~ move in date for us is Oct 31 so room available on the 1st of Nov ~ Roommate MUST be female. Rent is $1000/mo. Utilities are $50/mo. One time deposit of $500. First month's rent, deposit, and utilities due BEFORE move-in, so $1550 total move in fees for a one year term. If you want to share other common expenses as well, that is fine, as we have had good experience with this type of arrangement with a previous roommate. Bonus points if you get along with my wife and I well enough to chill sometimes, eat dinners together and make some awesome memories! We are 420 and alcohol friendly, love to cook often, gamers, painters, I am a musician, and we love cats and have some. My wife and I both work retail, full time hours but I stay up very late often (12-2am) most nights and my wife usually goes to sleep around 7-8 because she wakes up around 3 on workdays.
