Great spot for anybody interested!

I’m renting out two rooms in my house starting August 1st! This would be great for two friends looking for a place to stay. The house is located conveniently in West Columbia, less than 5 minutes from the avenues, 10 minutes from USC and 20 minutes from Fort Jackson. This is a new build, so the neighborhood is a quiet, clean community. Because it’s a new build, everything in the house will be brand new. The common areas will all be furnished, the rooms will not be. IMPORTANT NOTE: the images are currently of the model home as my home is closing at the end of July. I will update the pictures as soon as possible. My house will look similar to the model home. I just figured I would get this post up while people are starting to look for housing for the fall! A little about me: I’m a 25 year old strength and conditioning coach working on Fort Jackson. I have a Masters in Exercise Science and am prepping for medical school. I’m from Florida and have lived here for 3 years. Some of my hobbies include sports, [REDACTED]ssionate about Jesus! I’m looking for male young professionals and/or students. Most importantly, I’m looking for is someone who is clean and respectfu[REDACTED] had roommates for the past 8 years and I’ve never had any issues or problems. I’ve actually ended up being great friends with all my roommates! Rent for each room is $850 per month. This is a flat rate and will cover utilities.
