Hi! I’m a 26-year-old LGBTQ+ hospitality professional relocating for my new job. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and work a demanding schedule, so I value a quiet, comfortable home environment. I have my own vehicle, so off-street parking or a guaranteed parking space is a must. I’m looking for a furnished room, studio, or guest house with access to a kitchen and laundry. I’m friendly and social but also respectful of personal space and always clean up after myself. I don’t smoke, pay my bills on time, and will treat your home with the same care I would my own.
