Looking for 1-2 roomies - 8/20 Move

Hi everyone! I'm a 22-year-old SCAD grad, and my friend (20) is a current student, and we're looking for 1-2 roommates for a place starting in Mid-August (move in by August 20th)
We're hoping to join or form a group for a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom home. We're flexible on the type of housing: apartment, townhouse, or house! Some things about us:
We're both clean, responsible, and respectful roommates
Looking for a 12-month lease
Budget: Up to $675/month each ($1,350 total between the two of us)
Prefer to stay within downtown Savannah
Parking is a plus, but not required
We also have one cat, Boo. She's a super friendly, well-behaved indoor cat who is litter-trained and gets along well with other cats. She is also an ESA!
