I'm an incoming PhD student at the University of South Dakota from France, and I’m looking for housing in Vermillion starting around August 8–10, 2026. Ideally, I’m looking for:
A furnished (or not) 1-bedroom apartment or studio
Close to USD campus or easy biking distance
Budget around $500-600/month, up to $700 if utilities are included
Quiet place suitable for a graduate student I will be on an F-1 and do not have a U.S. SSN yet, but I can provide documents related to my PhD program if needed. Please feel free to message me if you know of any available apartment, sublease, or reliable landlord/property manager. Thank you!
