Long established community of like minded people seeking to add one more housemate to our beautiful, safe, clean, quiet co-living home on the Northside of Milwaukee. Conveniently located on N 47th St and Hampton Ave with easy access to shopping, restaurants and MCTS Route 11, we have it all! We are NOT a party environment, and pets are not accepted. Our rent rates include all utilities, Internet, Laundry on-, 2x monthly professional cleaning of the common spaces, all maintenance including yard care and snow removal, and at or around the beginning of each month we also replenish toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. Our home is fully furnished, and you can even self furnish your room if you agree to stay with us for at least a year. Must be able to prove solid reliable income and a background check is required to ensure safety and quality for all of our current housemates. Local landlord. No charge online application. We are taking applications now. In person showings required. No payment required before viewing. If approved and if you want to move forward with the room, a non-refundable hold deposit will be required. We'll go over this with you in detail when we speak.
