Roommate wanted

Hello, have a spare room to rent. Rent would be $1250. Room is in a nice area with washer and dryer in the back. Water and trash is included and parking is ample. Internet is also included. I am also almost never there so place would pretty much be for yourself. I really Only stay there on my weekends with my daughter. Must be okay with her. She is quiet and well behaved. Electricity bill doesn’t come monthly and if it does come, we would split it down the middle. Open to either male or female, just don’t be weird or a creep. Willing to negotiate the rent a little bit. Military, law enforcement, healthcare highly encouraged to apply.Thanks for reading.
