Hello, I hope everyone is having a great day! I have a room available for $750 a month…I’m looking for someone that’s cleanly, responsible & quiet. I’m not home most of the day, as I work a lot…as do my other roommates (2 males).
I have a large house with 2 full bathrooms, upstairs/downstairs, wi-fi, laundry room with washer & dryer, brand new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc..). Located near golf course & southern (very nice & safe neighborhood)…lastly, I have 3 small dogs who stay mostly in the garage or in my room... so you any applicants must be pet friendly…Message me for more info!
