I rent a 4 bedroom house, I am recently divorced and looking for roommates to fill the empty space. Total rent is $1590, I am looking to rent out the 3 rooms that are not in use for $425/each. Utilities and internet will be covered. I own 3 dogs, two of which are livestock guardians who spend most days outside and one is my service dog for my heart condition. I’m looking for roommates that I can have a good relationship with, I’m not interested in living with someone who I can’t become friends with! I like to play magic the gathering and D&D, I love books and video games, I like to work out and hike, I like going to the beach, and I have relatively liberal political beliefs. I cook and my house stays clean, I have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher as well. My landlord is awesome, she will rent to you as long as your income can be proved and you aren’t a sex offender, and other pets are welcome. Income must be at least $1500/month to qualify, no move-in fees or deposit are required. Two people may rent one room! The rooms are also available already furnished for an additional $30/monthhs
