Bartender + Big friendly dog

Hello, looking to rent a private room/ studio for my dog and I. I normally work nights so a private entrance is helpful so I dont disturb anyone coming in late. having to downsize because I can no longer afford my apartment. Although, I am on a section 8 housing voucher for 10 years so thats incredibly helpful (I have all the paperwork needed for that as well). not a party girl but very 420 friendly and I do smoke cigarettes (outside only - mostly while walking my dog). pretty private but very respectful and am accustomed to shared living and keeping common areas clean. My dog is just under 90lbs of sweet & goofy and easy to fall in love with. He is very friendly with other dogs and isnt much of a barker. He is very house trained and is used to me having to leave him home when working (although its my dream to have a yard for him one day). Anything else, please feel free to ask, an open book.
